Bit.do is a url shortner, that allows you to shorten a long url as well as personalize that shortened url. It can be a great place to find candidates you might not otherwise, however it can also be tough to search. That said there is always a way and here is one. Simply reach into your bag of tricks and pull out an old tried and true tool, a simple xray search with some extras, and a whole lot of website searching   So to source within bit.do you simply need to use a skill known as xraying, like the one below.   site:bit.do insubject:(resume OR CV OR Vitae OR Bio OR Profile) Java developer If you run the strings above in google you will get the results below.      Now of course this is generic so simply add what you are searching for to the string. Now keep in mind there is some false positives but there is also a lot of resumes, also check the mages as those are real resumes as well.   If you need more info on X-raying see my blog post http://www.recruitingblogs.com/profiles/blogs/seeing-what-is-really-there-a   See my YouTube video on x-raying http://bit.ly/2SItz9m   Until next week, may the source be with you!
